AAEDARA´S 2007 Accomplishments
- First Annual Black History Luncheon.
- In conjunction with the Oakland Black Firefighters made up gifts baskets for the Battered Women Shelter.
- During Black History Month organized a successful Talent Show with the Black Student Union at Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, CA.
- Participated in the Habitat for Humanity's First Successful "Women Build" Project.
- Volunteered every second Friday of the month at the Iola Williams Senior Center.
- Participated in the 5th Annual Net-X, organized by the Santa Clara County Association Of REALTORS®. (SCCAOR)
- Donated $1,000.00 to Unity Care Group, Inc. for a resident sign at Unity Place. (Unity Place is a transitional and permanent supportive housing program for youths.)
- Organized a successful Fundraising Campaign for our charities by chartering two buses to attend the Color Purple Play in San Francisco.
- Relevant Educational Seminar on Foreclosures and Short Sales.
